Cancellation Policy

We respectively ask that clients provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24-hour cancels are subject to a $40 cancelation fee or 50% of the service price on services under $40. This cancellation fee provides compensation for the loss of income to the employee.

No-Show Policy

No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost or pay the full cost of their service fee prior to any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Any clients that’s more than 15 mins late must understand that the service provider may not have time to perform the scheduled service. Accepted late appointments will be charged the full cost of the service.

We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last-minute cancellations due to things such as emergencies, illnesses or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed appointment charges, however this is to be determined by management discretion.
